The Hailey Hugs Initiative seeks to provide comfort to those individuals who have recently suffered a devastating loss. A Hug Through the Air tells the story of a connection that transcends Heaven and Earth. Hailey's story has provided comfort to individuals nationally who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Now we want to make Hailey's story available immediately - when grieving families need it most.

We have teamed up with the Heritage Valley Medical System in Western Pennsylvania. Every time a child or parent leaves the hospital without their loved one, they will receive a copy of A Hug Through the Air and a stuffed animal. 

When you choose to sponsor a family, you will be offering hope in a time of despair. You will offer light in a time of what appears will be infinite darkness. You are offering peace in the time of inner destruction. 

When a person leaves the hospital without their most cherished loved one, they are experiencing an ache and emptiness that no one can describe or fathom until they have experienced it themselves. This initiative will benefit mothers who have been dealt the devastating blow that they have miscarried. It will benefit children who are leaving without their parents.
